Dear Children, I am who I am, creator of the world, Father of all and divine judge who administers mercy.
I have thought of you in my Most Tender Heart, in order that you might exist in the world, in your families and in my Church, and in this holy communion, love me with willingness and liberty.
My children fell into rebellion, however, sending my son to die on the cross, cancelling the debts they owed to divine justice has given you eternal salvation.
And now showing myself to you as God, the Tender and Merciful Father, I wish to show you my love, my closeness and my fellowship.
Under this title, all men should feel the confidence to approach their Father.
Your God, the Tender and Merciful Father, blesses you.
