The first step in joining my Sacred Heart.
Dear little son, I Am the Son of God, Jesus of Nazareth. I wish to make known to you, soul, the depth of the first step, the first step to climb to find my Sacred Heart open.
This first step is repentance. The remorse of conscience? No, repentance. It is to feel a profound sorrow for having offended a God so good, who loves you so much. It consists in becoming aware of every lack of holy love for God, for your neighbor, for yourself. This repentance will give you access to the examination of conscience; that is, to meditate carefully on your lives before God. It is to scrutinize all the little holy love you have had, for it has been non-love that has led you to give way to sin.
Since you do not love God, you do not keep the Law; since you do not love your neighbor; since you do not love yourself, you do not care about the salvation of your souls.
Remember, little one, this simple but deep step: repentance. Sincere repentance is the first step of conversion.
I love you soul. My Sacred Heart blesses you.
