The instrument: The Patriarch Saint Joseph is accompanied by the three little shepherds of Fatima, and he says:
Saint Joseph: Children of my Chaste Heart, the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary have graces and gifts of mercy for all those who consecrate themselves and give themselves to their Sacred Hearts. The designs of mercy of these two hearts are placed upon all the apostles in these end times; for you too, dear children, must understand that the graces of the Sacred Hearts are received only by hearts that are open and ready to receive them. Jesus and Mary wish to give graces of mercy to all men but, as in Bethlehem, many hearts respond with a ‘no’, and the graces are then received by the hearts that have said a humble ‘yes’ to God’s message.
Little ones, just as the Father looked upon me with mercy, and through the two hearts of Jesus and Mary, He gave me graces to serve them because my heart was open and willing, so now, Jesus and Mary, want you to be recipients of these graces for their Faithful Remnant will serve them with greater commitment, effort, and dedication, without being mean: all of your life at their service.
Little ones ask for the gift of total dedication to Jesus and Mary, through my Chaste and Loving Heart that gave itself fully to love and serve them. I give you my blessing as the patriarch and protector of the Holy Family. In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
