I invite you to the practice of the virtues.
Dear children:
Praise be to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, whom I bring on my breast to bless your children, your apostles, and your disciples.
Dear children, I invite you to practice the virtues, especially silence, so you may encounter the Lord in silence.
Practice silence, but also make silence with your thoughts, with your emotions, with your inner self, with your words. Be silent so that you can contemplate, so that you can listen, so that you can obey from silence. For the Lord is in the silence, listens to the silence.
With your silence, make reparation for all those words that are said against God, for all the words that are misused, immodest, and unnecessary. With your silence, make reparation and ask for forgiveness so that you, too, may attain virtues and graces.
The apostles of the Hearts of Jesus and Mary are called to live and practice the virtues.
Children seek refuge in silence so that silence may purify your hearts. Thank you for responding to my Call.
